How do I create my couple profile?
After downloading the app, sign up with your email or phone number. Once your account is created, invite your partner using a unique couple code. Both partners need to accept the invitation to activate the couple profile.
Is my relationship data private and secure?
Yes. We use end-to-end encryption to protect all sensitive data. Your conversations, activity history, and personal insights are never shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use Twogle without my partner?
Twogle is designed for couples. While you can explore some features solo, the full experience requires both partners to be connected on the platform.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and all your data will be removed. If you need assistance, contact us at support@twogle.com.
How does Twogle's guidance work?
Twogle's prompts and guidance are based on established relationship research (Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory). We use AI to personalise what you see at any given moment — surfacing the right prompt for the moment you're in. We name our AI providers and explain what data they receive in our Privacy Policy. Twogle is not a substitute for professional therapy when you need clinical care.
